I arrived in the very early hours of the morning and the night receptionist who checked me in was very pleasant and welcoming, and had no qualms about giving me a late checkout, which was very much appreciated! Breakfast was excellent and in the short time I was here, I made use of the fitness centre and the sauna, which were both great. Very clean all round.

All staff I encountered were pleasant and helpful. Had a nice clean room, soundproof and a decent hot shower. Air con easy enough to figure out, bed was nice, pillow could have been firmer.

The room was very comfy, bright and clean. Airconditioning was perfectly working during warm days. Good choice of breakfast. Metro station was six minutes of walk. There is also shops nearby including pharmacy. Hotel allows food app deliveries. A taxi from hotel to Grand bazaar charged 950 TL . We definitely recommend and would like to stay again.

Room was excellent as usual. Very neat and comfortable. Breakfast was just appropriate for me and airport proximity is great for my international flight.

The staff (Can, Emir, Yigit, Mehmet, Swim instructor- Josep or so, I don't remember well-, as well as the other restaurant & bar and housekeeping staff were awesome! They made out stay worthwhile and memorable and will definitely visit Istanbul again and use Hilton hotels anywhere else I go. The facilities are definitely worth it.

I stayed at this hotel from January 6-9. I was assigned to room 2110. All the staff were friendly, accommodating whether I was asking for extra soap, breakfast, seeking clean paper money to take as a souvenir, or calling a taxi. Overall I was treated as a family member. However, I would like to praise and give a special thank you to Miss. Riya, at the front desk. She always greeted me with friendliness. When I asked Ms. Riya if my room included breakfast, she said not to worry. She spoke with the dining room staff, and thanks to her I was able to enjoy a full breakfast and coffee during my stay. I thank your team for their professionalism, for making my stay at Garden Inn a pleasant stay during my Istanbul visit. Harby Issa, Jr

The breakfast was amazing. However it would be nice if the food was labelled. I ate pork for the first time in my life because I thought it was Turkey meat which made my breakfast experience a little unpleasant. However over all great place and good food.

Hotel is clean, comfortable and quite. There is one staff who shown us a great hospitality and help, her name is Carla she is philipino lady I can't appreciate her enough.
